03. Permission Requirements

Users must obtain explicit permission before uploading an individual's sensitive records, including:

  • Photographs
  • Family information
  • Personal contact details of other living individuals

04. Prohibited Activities

When using Family Portal, users strictly agree they may not:

  • Upload false information
  • Impersonate another person or family head
  • Upload offensive or inappropriate content
  • Attempt unauthorized system access
  • Disrupt platform operation or servers

05. Content Ownership

Users retain full ownership of all personal data, content, and ancestral maps they upload to the system.

06. Platform License

Users grant Family Portal permission to store, process, and display uploaded content solely according to their customized privacy visibility settings.

07. Account Suspension

Accounts found in clear violation of these binding agreements may be suspended or permanently revoked without prior warning.

08. Limitation of Liability

Family Portal is provided entirely on an "as available" and "as is" framework without warranties of any kind.

09. Modifications

The platform administration reserves the right to update or alter these terms periodically to accommodate system adjustments.
